Indoor Stalls – £65 per day (£180 for 3 days)

Limited availability — priority given to full 3-day bookings.

Outdoor Stalls - £65 per day (£180 for 3 days)

Located on The Forum's busy outdoor plaza.

🎨 Workshop Providers

Workshop Space – £50 per day (£140 for 3 days)

Located in a high-visibility, dedicated workshop zone.

What’s included:

  • 2 x 6ft Tables & Chairs for you and participants

  • Option to sell alongside your workshop

  • Full event promotion via social media, local listings & press

We are currently accepting 3-day bookings only (Thursday 2nd to Saturday 4th April).

Included in the stall fee:

1 6ft table with black tablecloth (unless you have messy materials such as food or paint, in which case you are required to bring your own tablecloth)

2 grey / blue backing boards OR white artist backing boards with wire & hook system (available upon request)

Power outlet (only for PAT tested and certified electrical equipment, phone chargers for phones under 12 months don’t need to be PAT tested)

Necessary for the successful participation:

Public Liability Insurance of at least £5 million (recommended)

Risk Assessment for your stall (We can provide a template)

Considerations:

Is one table space big enough (6ft plus about 1 ft on either side)

Do you need power? (Please do look into PAT testing for your equipment)

Do you need a wire and hook system or a backing board to display your products?

Do you need any additional equipment that takes up floor space (please either book an additional stall, or let us know if it is not too big)
