🎄 Kids’ Crafts – Terms & Conditions
To help everyone enjoy a safe and happy creative experience, please take note of the following terms and conditions for our children’s craft activities:
Parental Supervision & Responsibility
All children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times during the activity.
Parents and guardians are fully responsible for their children’s safety and behaviour, including any accidental damage to property, materials, or personal belongings.
Liability Disclaimer
Papalla Nuna / Fine City Events and our workshop providers accept no liability for loss, damage, or injury sustained during participation in the activity area.
By taking part, parents/guardians acknowledge that crafting activities involve the use of materials such as glue guns, paints, glitter, and small decorative items, which may pose minor safety risks if unsupervised.
Snow Globe Materials
The snow globe craft includes all decorative materials (jar, figurines, glitter, and sealant).
The glycerine liquid and distilled water mix is not supplied and must be added at home after the event to complete the snow globe.
A ready-mixed bottle can be purchased separately at the stall for £12 if desired.
Please ensure the snow globe is sealed securely before handling or gifting.
Glue Gun Safety
For activities involving glue guns, children under 10 must have direct adult assistance.
We recommend that parents supervise closely to prevent burns or accidents.
Product Use & Durability
All crafts are for decorative use only and not intended as toys.
Some materials may not be waterproof or heat-resistant; please handle finished crafts with care.
Photography Notice
Photos or videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please inform a member of the team before your session begins.
