Papalla Nuna Gift Card – Terms & Conditions

  1. No Expiry Date
    Papalla Nuna Gift Cards do not have an expiry date as long as Papalla Nuna Ltd is operational. You can redeem your gift card at any time.

  2. Where You Can Use It

    • Gift cards can be used for any item or workshop in our shop.

    • They can also be redeemed in person at any Papalla Nuna event.

  3. How to Redeem

    • Online: Enter the gift card code at checkout.

    • In person: Present your digital or printed gift card at the till at a Papalla Nuna stall

  4. Partial Use
    If you don’t spend the full value in one transaction, the remaining balance will stay on your card for future purchases.

  5. Non-Refundable
    Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  6. Lost or Stolen Cards
    Please treat your gift card like cash. We are unable to replace lost or stolen cards unless you can provide proof of purchase and the original code.

  7. Custom Amounts
    If you would like a custom amount added to a gift card, please contact us directly at admin@papallanuna.co.uk
